I enjoy being a Realtor and for me, it is far more than just completing a sale. I am rewarded by building long term collaborative relationships with my clients and wish to help in all aspects of their real estate experience. I enjoy developing customized strategies to meet specific real estate needs. I pride myself on working in the quickest and most professional way possible.
In addition to working in the real estate industry, I have years of successful experience in the Customer Service, Banking, and Marketing fields. I fully understand the importance of customer satisfaction and that customer satisfaction results from; commitment, hard work and quality results. In my previous careers and my real estate experience I have developed strong negotiating and skills, research and marketing techniques.
I intend to build on; my experience, my skills, and with my strong work ethic and integrity I am creating a long term successful Real Estate career in Brant County and the surrounding areas.

In addition, my Personal Client Services Program will have you receiving property information based on your search criteria the minute it hits MLS.
- Every Step of the Way: Whether it is understanding the real estate process, getting pre-qualified, finding an home inspector or getting ready for your move, I will help guide you through each step of this exciting but sometimes overwhelming process.

- Home Selling Plan: I will work with you to create a time specific home selling plan that meets your selling needs. Want to know about staging your home, or what renovations will bring you the greatest return? Just ask me!
- Top Notch Marketing: I will strategically place your home on the World Wide Web to capture both on coast and off coast buyers. Featuring you on my heavily marketed website, your home will be placed on the front page, available for viewing to many people. In addition to exposure on MLS, I will also place your home on several on-line classified sites as well with numerous print advertisers that receive heavy traffic in the local area. I would be happy to meet with you to discuss additional marketing services that would be advantageous for your situation.
